To cancel your ticket online, please:

1. Log into the site and enter “My account” – "My orders" – "Flight tickets" – "Booking #" – "Edit order" – "Ticket refund";
   
2. Select the passenger/ticket that you wish to cancel and the reason;
3. Attach the required documents, which will be listed after you select the refund reason;
4. Click "Send request".

Your ticket will be cancelled only after the refundable amount has been confirmed via “My account”. Please note, that cancellation fees may be charged according to the fare rules and airline policy, as well as agency service fees.
