Can I change or correct my name, surname or sex in my ticket?

Normally, flight tickets can't be transferred to another person.

If the name, surname and sex in your ticket are not identical to the ones in your ID, which is the basis of issuing the ticket (for example, a foreign passport), you can send us a request to correct the data.

Please note, that even minor corrections of name may be prohibited or allowed for a certain fee depending on the airline's rules. In order to apply changes, the agency's service fee may be charged.

To send a name correction request, please:
  1. Log into the site and enter "My account" – "My orders" – "Flight tickets" – "Booking #" – "Edit order" – "Change passenger information";
  2. attach to the request a copy of a passport's first page (or other document, on which the booking was based), which belongs to the passenger, who needs changes;
  3. leave a comment for our Customer Care Service if you wish to add additional information to your request.
Please note, that this procedure may take up to two weeks.
Our Customer Care Service representative will contact you via email as soon as the issue with the airline has been settled.
