The right of the passenger and baggage security screening
Civil aviation, police, customs and border control authorities have right to check the carry-on and checked baggage and the passengers of the aircraft. The examination can be made both at the airport and in-flight.
In the event of the Passenger's refusal from screening/checking baggage, the airline company has right to deny carriage of the passenger. If needed, the checking can be made without permission of the passenger.
