Involuntary change of date/route
Involuntary changes of the route are the changes caused by the event beyond the passenger's control: cancellation or delay of flight, no seats available, emergency landing etc.
If the airline company can not carry out the flight indicated in the ticket, it must offer another flight to the passenger or refund the ticket in case if the proposed conditions are not satisfactory for the passenger.
If the reason for your flight cancellation is sickness, death of the passenger or close relative, decline of visa issuance etc., please apply refund request. This option is available in “My Account” section.
