What is agency support service fee?
Our agency has the right to charge a non-refundable service fee of max EUR 25,- per ticket for the consulting support services concerning the voluntary cancellation/refund or exchange/reissue of your flight tickets.
Our agency may charge a separate fee of EUR 5, - per passenger per request for additional consulting and support services for subsequent corrections of entries regarding your travel ID upon your request.
