What is an itinerary receipt?
An itinerary receipt (ITR) with e-ticket number —is a confirmation of e-ticket purchase. The itinerary receipt will be sent to passenger's email address after payment and issuance of the flight ticket.
We recommend the passengers to print out the itinerary receipt and keep it until the end of the trip. The itinerary receipt contains information about the flight, way of payment, as well as the booking reference number (PNR). Sometimes the passenger will need the itinerary receipt at passport control for international flight.
