Am avut surpriza ca pe 11 septembrie la cursa către Frankfurt sa mi se ofere la check in bilet pentru business class deși inițial am cumpărat bilet pentru economic. Chiar o surpriza foarte placuta și pe neașteptate. Am avut un zbor foarte plăcut.

Buna ziua!In luna mai 2018 am avut un zbor întârziat cu TAROM 3 persoane 2 adulți și un înfrânt o întârziere de 5 ore si am facut claim cu o companie si nici in ziua de astazi compania de zbor nu au plătit compensatia.

Am calatorit cu Tarom de mai multe ori.dar de data aceasta a fost groaznic.am plecat pe data de 23 iunie cu o intarziere de 2 ore fara nici o explicatie.ajunsi in Bucuresti am asteptat valizele o ora iar una din ele a ajuns fara o roata.la intoarcere care a fost azi pe 24 iulie zborul a fost placut dar valiza fara o roata a aparut fara cealalta roata si alta valiza era desfacuta si cred ca le au cazut hainele din ea si erau negre hainele.foarte urat din partea Taromului.nu ma asteptam.biletele au costat 1440e.ptr 2 adulti si doi copii.ca sa vi cu bagajele distruse.prefer sa merg cu low cost si este mai ieftin si tot aceeasi poveste
