zborul de intoarcere din Copenhaga a fost cu o intirziere de o ora,fara a informa pasagerii despre ce se intimpla,respectiv celalalt zbor din Varsovia am fost nevoiti sa fugim la sensul direct ca sa nu pierdem zborul,bagajele nu au venit odata cu noi,ci peste 2 zile,facind inca un zbor prin Viena

For a line company, there was no food at board (not even a sandwich) Also the temperature in the plane was very very cold, I had to ask for a blanket.
