Lufthansa is a national air carrier of Germany and the largest carrier in Europe in terms of the number of aircrafts and carried passengers. The airline operates flights to more than 78 countries and has over 220 international and domestic flight destinations. The fleet, including subsidiary carriers, consists of about 710 aircrafts for short-haul and intercontinental flights. Besides, Lufthansa is a co-founder of Star Alliance, the oldest and the largest airline alliance in the world, which served more than 110 million passengers in 2016.At the beginning of 2024, the company introduced a new Lufthansa Allegris product - a selection of seats with increased comfort level for different flight classes: economy class, premium economy class, and business class. In May 2024, the first flights with Lufthansa Allegris were launched on separate flights between Munich and Vancouver, and between Munich and Toronto. Additional routes will feature the new planes by the end of the summer of 2024. By the way, the airline offers some new drinks and dishes on the menu. FlightRadar24 has been added to the Lufthansa application, providing the ability to track flights in real time.

Cele mai rele servicii întâlnite vreodată! Lipsa de profesionaitate si hoți! Din lipsa de promptitudine si organizare am pierdut un zbor in valoare de 1200€, plus taxa percepută de pe card eronat si a trebuit sa aștept saptamâni ptr a-mi recupera banii. Ore in șir la telefon cu serviciul clienți care este total dezinformat! Rușine sa va fie! Prima si ultima data mai colaborez cu voi!

Am avut probleme la întoarcere, din Viena zborul spre București afost anulat, fără sa fim informați. Am stat o 1 ora in aeroport fără știm de cine vom fi preluati! Datorită faptului ca am ajuns la București la ora 23 si 10 min, in loc de ora 20,10min, am pierdut autocarul ce trebuia sa ma preia la ora 22! Fiind o ora atât de tarzie, nu a am avut nici un mijloc de transport către Iași, localitatea mea de domiciliu! A trebuit sa-mi caut camera la hotel, sa o plătesc, sa plătesc taxiul pana acolo! Am pierdut autocarul spre Iași, dar si biletul cumpărat! A trebuit sa îmi cumpăr alt bilet înspre Iași! Știe cineva cu ce costuri s-au facut toate astea? Vreți sa știți Că in Viena ni s-a dat un Voucher de doar 4 euro? In condițiile in care eu am cheltuit mult mai mult! Am auzit ca este foarte des întâlnita o asemenea politica din partea companiei Austrian airlines ! Asta deoarece nu strange suficienți pasageri la o cursa, apoi anulează ca sa nu meargă cu avionul gol! In momentul in care are suficienți pasageri pentru cursa viitoare le da drumul cu aceasta cursa! Credeți ca este normal cum procedati? Credeți ca va puteți permite orice pe motiv ca sunteți Austrian Airlines! Sincer nu am auzit ca ati fi prea buni, mi-as fi dorit sa merg cu Taromul, dar nu am găsit la orarul meu si pe ruta aceasta cursa! As fi preferat! Sunt corectitudinea, pilotul profesioniști, condiții excelente! Prefer sa dau un pic mai mult pentru ca drepturile mele sa fie respectate, la nivel uman! Ma voi gândi cum procedez ca sa va dau in judecată, pentru ca sa îmi pot recupera banii si timpul pierdut !
