I had a great disappointment with this company, I had booked for Phuket - Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi - Belgrade, the surprise arrived at the airport in Abu Dhabi, we did not have seats in the plane ... they threw us some vouchers and sent us I`m flying through Switzerland ... about 7 hours extra flight ... finally getting to Belgrade very tired ... the surprise we missed a baggage ... assuring us that the airbags will bring us the home courier I left! It`s been three days, my baggage has not arrived, someone called me from Timisoara airport, to pick up my luggage to get to the airport! Etihad ....
